Pocono will be holding a chili cook-off on May 16th at the Pocono Recreation Center!  Come one, come all to taste and judge chili entries!  Here are the basics:  If you have great chili, make a 5 quart crock pot full of it and bring it to the cook-off--you get in for free with a 5 quart crock pot of chili.  Guests pay only $10 and all proceeds benefit the Pocono Civic Association.  Everyone there--cooks and tasters--will get to vote for their favorite chili and the winner will take home a great prize!  The rest of the "fixins" will be provided by donations of some of our neighbors-- soda, water, sour cream, and grated cheese.

 Come and see how your chili stacks up!   And yes, we invite people from outside Pocono to participate, too!  Bring your friends!
