During its January meeting, the PCA Board of Directors voted to amend the PCA Bylaws to formally increase the number of Directors from five to seven. The President nominated David Friend to fill the vacancy made by the expansion and the Board approved the nomination by consensus. Considering David's many years of residency in Pocono, his experience perspective is a welcome addition to the Board.
