1) ZONING ENFORCEMENT -- We have been engaging in ongoing follow-up with the Chesterfield County Zoning Enforcement Office to assure compliance with zoning regulations -- most especially about boats and inoperable cars in view of the street.  The major items are now solved, but there are still some more to go.  Your Board will continue to work on this for our neighborhood.  If there is a specific issue you would like us to address, please contact any member of the Board-- or, of course, just use the link on this site to reach the Chesterfield County zoning violation complaint form. 

2) NO SOLICITING --  Many of our neighbors have complained about the number of door-to-door solicitors that have been disturbing our neighborhood recently.  After checking with Chesterfield County, we found that the best option seemed to be to post a sign at the entrance to the neighborhood.  If someone comes to your door, simply inform them that such activity is banned in Pocono and to please leave our subdivision immediately. If they question the policy, tell them about the sign or refer them to this web site.
