Fellow Pocono Residents, We need your help this year! Pocono has several major items that need to be accomplished, including restoring the entrance monuments (the brick walls at the neighborhood entrance) and correcting some landscaping problems on PCA property and right-of-ways. Please take a moment to renew your PCA membership--or join if you have not previously done so. Those of us who are paid members carry the weight of the entire neighborhood--while those who do not pay are basically freeloading on the rest of us. Doesn't seem fair, does it? We only assess $50 a year in dues, so why not take care of it now, instead of later? Unlike many associations, we grant full voting rights to renters, just like homeowners. But for anyone to vote, they must be a member in good standing (their dues must be paid). Please use the link on this page to pay now. --Eriks Goodwin, PCA President |
