When you purchased property in the Pocono Subdivision, you automatically became a member of the Pocono Civic Association (PCA) as the successor to the previous property owner.  The Annual Fees help pay for maintenance of all property owned by and easements controlled by the PCA, upkeep of the pool and tennis courts, upkeep of the entrance monuments, landscape maintenance along the entrance to Pocono, insurance, electricity for streetlights and signage, along with a host of other responsibilities of the PCA.

Quite honestly, our dues are minimal and the PCA does everything it can to keep costs low and service levels high.  We frequently have "cleanup days" where we ask our residents to volunteer their time to help with projects and thus save the PCA valuable funds.  We do not receive any tax dollars, so it is up to the residents of Pocono to take care of the common elements of our neighborhood.

Please don't be a freeloader--pay your dues on time and in full so we can all do our part to maintain the high quality of life we enjoy in Pocono.  A well-maintained neighborhood means a friendly, safe and pleasant neighborhood where well-maintained property values benefit all of us.
