| Absolutely! All non-owner residents are invited to apply to join the Pocono Civic Association as General Members. Simply submit an application and the current dues. The Board of Directors will then consider your application and vote you in so long as your residency and payment are in order. Non-owner residents who have been voted in as General Members have full voting rights in PCA, so long as their membership is in good standing. | |
